What is a good recipe using chicken breasts and applesauce?

Need a recipe for chicken breasts and applesauce. I DON';T have whole apples, heavy cream or half %26amp; half, pasta, carrots, chicken broth or any type of cream of whatever soup. I do have stuffing mix, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, rice and milk. Any help would be great! What is a good recipe using chicken breasts and applesauce?

Fried Chicken Breast





Ingredients


1 chicken breast meat


Salt and pepper


1 egg (beaten)


Bread crumbs (finely grounded)


Butter


Lemon





Action


a. Cut the breast in very thin slices.


b. Season with salt and pepper.


c. Dip the slices in egg, leaving them for 3 hours.


d. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and fry in the butter.


e. Serve with lemon.








You may make a salad or soup or sauce with the mushrooms, tomatoes and onions. Maybe you like this?








Mushroom Sauce





Ingredients


1000 ml milk


1.5 tablespoon of butter


3 teaspoons of flour


6 egg yolks beaten with one and half cup of sugar


200g mushrooms





Action


a. Boil the milk in the saucepan


b. Mix the butter and flour and stir them into the


boiling milk.


c. Stir in mushrooms, leave the saucepan from


fire, and let it cool.
