Italian salad dressing. Just pour it over the chicken and let it marinade for as long as you'd like. The chicken will come out moist and delicious.I need a delicious and simple recipe for chicken breasts that are being grilled?
Italian dressing (not the creamy kind). Put your clean chicken breasts in a large gallon or 2 gallon ziploc (or whatever brand) and use just enough dressing to cover them. The longer you marinade them, the better they will taste. A day or overnight would be best. After that, they are ready to be grilled. You can also add to the marinade any spices you want of course.
For boneless chicken breasts we like to coat them lightly with olive oil and then season with a nice rub (a favorite is Durn Good seasoning).
For grilling times we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Just enter the details about your grill (charcoal or gas) and the thickness for each boneless chicken breast. It will calculate the grilling times and give you instructions for when to put on and turn each one so that they all come off the grill at the same time, grilled just right.
After grilling we like to put a little bbq sauce in a dish to use as a dipping sause. We also like to cut up any leftover chicken breast to add to red beans %26amp; rice.
Hope this helps.
I marinate them in the juice of one lemon, and 1/4 cup olive oil. you can season them how you like them, i like basil and salt and pepper. if you can wait 24 hours they will be extra tender. when i grill them i brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Salt %26amp; pepper, olive oil, and any vinagrette type of dressing.
I use the Asian, italian, and sometimes balsamic
