Chicken Noodle Soup
';This soup is delicious, and very easy to make. It is a wonderful soup to prepare for friends or neighbors that you would like to cook for.';
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
8 ounces egg noodles
12 cups water
9 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon dried parsley
DIRECTIONS:
In a large stock pot, saute celery and onion in butter or margarine.
Add chicken, carrots, water, bouillon cubes, marjoram, black pepper, bay leaf, and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add noodles, and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Chinese Noodle Chicken
';This is a quick, easy, healthy meal. Add a salad and light dessert and you are sure to get rave reviews. My family asks for this meal at least once a week.';
INGREDIENTS:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 cups broccoli florets
2 carrots, julienned
2 cups snow peas
4 cups dry Chinese noodles
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet brown chicken in oil, stirring constantly until juices run clear.
Add the onion, broccoli, carrots and peas. Cover skillet and steam for 2 minutes.
Add the Chinese noodles and teriyaki sauce. Stir noodles into chicken/vegetable mixture, making sure they are coated with sauce.
When the noodles wilt, serve.
Chicken Noodle Casserole
Serve with bread and your favorite vegetables, if desired. (Note: You can also use 2 pounds of chicken breast meat instead of a whole chicken; I like to cook my chicken ahead of time and freeze it, so that it is even quicker to make when I'm ready).';
INGREDIENTS:
1 (3 pound) chicken - cooked, deboned and shredded
6 ounces spaghetti
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until it is al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, soups, water, salt and pepper. Mix all together.
Sprinkle cheese on top of mixture and bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and turning slightly brown. Let cool 10 minutes and serve!
Asian Chicken Noodle Salad
';This easy to prepare noodle salad has plenty of seeds, nuts, greens, chicken, and vegetables.';
INGREDIENTS:
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodle pasta, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pine nuts
3 cups shredded bok choy
5 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup diced, cooked chicken breast meat
1 (5 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained
12 pods snow peas
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix the noodles, sunflower seeds, and pine nuts with melted butter until evenly coated. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally, until evenly toasted. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
In a large bowl toss together the noodle mixture, bok choy, green onions, chicken, water chestnuts, and snow peas.
Prepare the dressing by blending the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and lemon juice. Pour over salad, and toss to evenly coat.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate until chilled.
Spicy Chicken Thai Noodle Soup
';A chunky hearty soup with a great blend of spices to warm you right to the bone. Optional: you can also add bean sprouts with the noodles.';
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups chicken broth
1 cup white wine
1 cup water
1 onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4 large carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 large stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon dried sage
1/2 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
1 fresh red chile pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 (12 ounce) package dried rice noodles
DIRECTIONS:
In a slow cooker on low heat, combine chicken broth, wine, water, onion, green onion, garlic, carrots, celery, salt, black pepper, curry, sage, poultry seasoning, oregano and cayenne.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil until brown. Stir into slow cooker.
Cook soup 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.
About halfway through the cooking time, stir in the red pepper. 15 minutes prior to serving, stir in the noodles.Can you give me nice noodle recipe with chicken?

types of rice, add tomato paste or cream or leave it as a veloute(thickened broth)
use curry,ginger,pesto,miso,
keep on inventing everytime and keep yourself excited
or go to your local NON CORPORATE restaurant and try to figure out one of their dishes or make their dish better
I make great tasting, thick chicken noodle soup in minutes and everybody loves it. In a pan, put in 1pk.of cheap (Ramon) noodles, throw in some cooked chicken, add some whole milk and a little butter, a pinch of sugar and the flavor packet that comes in the pk.of noodles, cook down till thick and eat! Boy is that good! ( I add about 3 cups of the milk and 1 cup of water).
why don't you let the chicken be??

KAREN'S CREAM OF CHICKEN NOODLES
2 cans cream of chicken
1 pkg. noodles
1 cup milk
1 cup cooked chicken (optional)
1/2 tbsp. salt
Add water to pot with 1/2 tbsp of salt. Bring to a boil.
Add noodles and reduce heat. Cook until tender and stirring to be sure noodles don't stick together. Drain noodles/rinse.
Return to pot and add 1 cup of cooked chicken if desire. Add 2 cans of cream of chicken along with 1 cup of milk (if needed add a little more).
Stir all together and simmer.
Enjoy.
QUICKIE CHICKEN NOODLES
8 oz. pkg. noodles
1 can chunky chicken
2/3 c. chicken bouillon mix
6 c. water
Bring water, bouillon mix and chicken to boil. Add noodles. Boil 2 minutes. Let set. Cover for 5 minutes. Serve.
I take Chicken Breasts...boneless/skinless....cut it in cubes %26amp; cook it in butter...then I make Lipton Asian Side dishes %26amp; when the chicken is done cooking...I mix it in the Side Dish....My kids love it..
