Rojas Spanish red would work okay





or Chianti from Italy would work and you can get some very affordable Chianti's anywhere





but anything you like to drink in a glass as long as it is not sweet..or you could use vermouth it is a mixer used in martinis but it works really great in any recipe that asks for wine.
