Chicken Divan





Ingredients:


Your boned Chicken meat


2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears


1/4 c. butter


6 tbsp. all purpose flour


2 c. chicken broth


1/2 c. whipping cream


3 tbsp. dry white wine


1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese





Cook broccoli using package directions; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubble. Stir in cream and wine.


Place broccoli crosswise in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour half the sauce over. Top with chicken. To remaining sauce add cheese; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then broil just until sauce is golden, about 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Need recipes use rosted chicken u by at stores?

Two words: Ranch dressing! I don't know why it tastes so good on roasted chicken, but it does. And so the roasted chicken lends well to salads.





If you are trying to keep it simple, add it to some cream of chicken soup and put it over egg noodles.

Umm u may want to get chicken if ur making roasted chicken.
Two of my favorite are wonton soup and chicken salad.


The Wonton Soup recipe is from Family fun magazine.


4 cups chicken broth


1/4 cup sliced carrots


8 frozen pork dumplings


green onions sliced


1 cup rotisserie chicken


1 TBS low sodium soy sauce





Cook broth and veggies 2 minutes. Add dumplings and cook 5 minutes. Add chicken and soy sauce and cook 3 minutes.





My chicken salad recipe comes from a friend. It sounds odd but is so easy and delicious. Shred one rotisserie chicken and add one can of mixed vegetables to it ( I use Veg-all). Add Hellmans mayonaise until moist.
