Chicken wraps - pan fry chicken tenderloins(in non stick pan) a little oil, a little s %26amp; p, won't take too long if pans hot. While chicken's cooking grab a tortilla wrap bread thingy, smooth on some sour cream or cream cheese, then fancy lettuce, couple slices fresh tomato, grated cheese and then place your cooked chicken on top, if you like a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce... don't forget your chicken cooking while preparing your wrap. Once you've got that all together fold it up like a KFC twister (bottom up, then sides rolled in around together) You can toast it if you like in a sandwich press. Also nice with avocado. 2. Carefully split open pita pockets. Place pitas on serving plates. Spread mayonnaise, then corn relish on inside of pitas. Fill each pocket with lettuce and set aside.
3. Grill/broil chicken nuggets in preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
4. Put chicken nuggets in pita pockets and serve hot.

fried chicken usually takes no more than 15 minutes. You could also try pre-prepared chicked you can get at the supermarket along with all the frozen, microwavable food. You just stick it in the oven for 10 mins and it good to go.
