Picnic fried chicken recipe?

I have had this before. I believe it is oven baked chicken which you serve with some type of mixture containing sour cream and diced cucumber? I would like the complete recipe if you have it! Thanks!Picnic fried chicken recipe?
Cook's Illustrated Recipe for Oven-Fried Chicken is at the Boston.com link below, and it is mentioned at their own link too, but, they request a membership for it.

Instead of melba toast, you may use crackers; we do. When I found the recipe in the 38th issue, it did not mention marinating the chicken. Just the egg mixture, and the oiled coating were necessary. And, we use breast meat, too.

Another recipe, not picnicky, is to pound the boneless breasts to 1/2 inch, and fry in a little oil and butter.Picnic fried chicken recipe?
I have not heard of that. But here is mine and my husband loves it...

Wash chicken

Fry Daddy

1 or 2 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

flour, seasoning salt and pepper enough that will allow you to get a good coating

Mix together milk and beaten eggs

Dip chicken in milk mixture

Then in flour mixture

Put in fry daddy and cook

He loves the chicken hot or cold, it would work great for a picnic
