Who in here has a great recipe for chicken and rice?

I love this dish and want to try something different.Who in here has a great recipe for chicken and rice?
love this dish and here is a simple and very good tasting dish and u wont believe how simple it is: 2 pkgs of rice a roni mix any flavor will do. 3 boneless skinless breasts or any other chicken meat cooked and shredded, 1 cup of frozen peas, and 1 cup of cream of chicken soup... directions: make rice according to package directions and add the chicken in with it as it cooks, when it is done mix soup and peas in rice mixture and transfer to a casserole dish and cook uncovered for 30 mins at 350 degrees and it is sooooooooo good and tastes so homemade...Who in here has a great recipe for chicken and rice?
Cook the chicken in water with salt, pepper, garlic power, chopped celery and onions till the chicken falls off the bones. Debone,cut up and put back in the pot with the regular rice and cook till the rice is done. Enjoy.
This is sort of a cheater recipe, not really even a recipe but what I do is I use boneless skinless chicken breast, seasoned well in a baking pan and I use 2 bags of Lipton broccoli rice I put those bags of rice in the pan with the seasoned chicken and use Lipton's chicken broth instead of the water that the bagged rice calls for and bake about 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender, the frozen chicken breast in the bag works best for me because after the chicken is thawed its not all bloody and icky. but this is really good and I usually pair it with asparagus tips and croissants.

Here's a very simple one.





Boil chicken parts %26amp; rice separately (try Uncle Ben's boiling bag Rice,they come out perfectly).


Pull chicken from bones. Add rice %26amp; 1 can of Creamy Chicken Mushroom soup. Pepper to taste. (salt is already in soup)





Try adding cooked frozen broccoli florettes, or sweet peas.
Ok, here is what you will need;


3 or 4 chicken breasts


11/2 cups of rice


1 can cream of celery soup


1 can cream of chicken soup


2 soup cans of water


1 package of Lipton onion soup





Place rice on the bottom of a large baking dish. Pour half of the soups and water mixed over rice. Then arrange chicken pieces over soup and water mixture. Then pour remaining soup/water mixture on top. Sprinkle Lipton soup over all.





Bake at 400 degrees for 11/2 hours.
i buy the country crock cheddar broccoli rice and heat it up. then i use sauteed chunk chicken. then i put a layer of the cheddar broccoli rice on the bottom of a cassrole dish. place a layer of the chicken, then a layer of ricotta cheese, then a layer of asiago cheese, then the rest of the rice, the rest of the chicken, and a layer of shredded mozerella. place in a 400 degree oven and bake until the cheese is melted and starting to turn brown its REALLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYY GOOD!
we just use wild rice and i buy the chicken already cooked right out of a rotisserie. that tastes really good especially when they have chicken with mesquite flavor
