Easy Chicken recipes?

Have some chicken breasts to cook and looking for an easy recipe... doesn't matter if its for the grill, oven stove... open to all ideas.

My favorite thing to make and it's sooo freaking good and easy is this chicken/stuffing casserole thing. First brown the chicken breasts in the skillet. Don't cook them all the way, just brown a little on each side. Cooking it all the way will cause it to go dry when in the oven. While doing that cook stove top dressing, the herbal one I think is the best. The chicken one works good too. Get u some chicken gravy, it's hard to find, usually around soups I think. Sounds weird but this stuff makes it really good. After you brown the chicken and have the stuffing ready, put it in a casserole dish and put a little bit of the chicken gravy on top, then the stuffing, and then top it with a little more of the chicken gravy. The gravy keeps it moist and it just makes this incredible simple dish. Cook for about 40 mins or till the chicken is completely cooked. Everyone I've ever made it for goes crazy over it. If you have a crock pot: Boil your chicken and chop or shred it then put it in the crock pot with 2 cans of cream of mushroom or cream of chick soup, a couple cups of instant rice, any veggies you have laying around, 1/2 cup sour cream, salt/pepper and let cook for a few hours at the end smother it with mozzarella cheese





Another easy Chicken fix if you like salsa:


season the chick with garlic/salt/pepper whatever you like


place chicken in deep frying pan and pour lg jar of your favorite salsa over it and cook it on about medium heat so it is a good simmer until the chicken is cook all the way through (usually about 30 min) then top with cheese (this is also great to do by boiling, shredding the chicken adding bell peppers and onions and then having this in tortillas!)
Ultimate Chicken Fingers








鈪?cup Bisquick


陆 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


陆 teaspoon garlic salt, or regular salt


陆 teaspoon paprika


3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch strips


1 egg, slightly beaten


3 tablespoons butter, melted


Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.





Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.





Mix Bisquick, cheese, salt and paprika in a 1-gallon ziploc type bag.





Dip half the chicken strips in beaten egg. Add to Bisquick mixture and seal bag.





Shake to coat.





Lay coated strips onto baking sheet.





Repeat with remaining chicken strips.





Bake 6 minutes and then turn chicken strips.





Bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and the chicken is no longer pink in center.

We had this night before last with baked potatoes and salad:


Cranberry Chicken


6 chicken breasts, boneless skinless


1 bottle Catalina salad dressing, small bottle


1 can whole berry cranberry sauce


1 package dry onion soup mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.





Spray 9x 13'; baking dish with non stick spray. Place chicken in baking dish. Pour salad dressing over chicken, sprinkle with dry onion soup mix, top with cranberry sauce. Cover with foil.





Bake for one hour. Remove foil, baste chicken, return to oven and continue to bake for 30 minutes.





This is really good on the grill, I usually serve with creamed green peas and wild rice:


Marinated Chicken Breasts


5 - 6 chicken breasts, bone in


1 bottle Zesty Italian Salad Dressing


Place chicken in large ziplock bag. Pour Italian dressing over chicken in bag. Add enough water to cover. Seal well and refrigerate overnight.





These breasts are wonderful cooked over indirect heat on the grill, turn often and baste with leftover marinade. Can also be sauteed in a few tablespoons of butter in skillet on top of stove. Brown well in butter over medium heat, add about 1/4 c. of marinade, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Lazy Gourmet Chicken





1 tbls sugar


录 cup vinegar


陆 cup soy sauce


4 garlic cloves, minced


戮 tsp salt


1 tsp pepper


2 陆 - 3 # fryer, cut up or 2-3 pounds legs/thighs/breasts





Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large, tightly lidded saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chicken pieces and coat each well. Keep covered and reduce heat, simmer 35-40 minutes, basting several times along the way



Quick Chicken and Rice





2 tbsp. vegetable oil


4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves


1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice


1 3/4 cups Chicken Stock


1 cup salsa


1 tsp. ground cumin


1 can black beans, rinsed and drained


1 cup frozen whole kernel corn


1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese








Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.





Reduce the heat to medium. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the rice and cook and stir until it's golden. Stir in the stock, salsa and cumin and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.





Stir in the beans and corn. Return the chicken to the skillet. Top the chicken with the cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

Chicken cutlets!





Cut the chicken into thin pieces and pound them!


Can do either shake N bake or what I do is dip in flour first, then beated eggs(in eggs can put handful of parmesan cheese and salt) and then in bread crumbs!


Put in oven dish with oil on bottom!

The easiest thing I make!!! Italian chicken!!!





Put chicken breasts in a glass baking dish and pour a bottle of Italian salad dressing over the top!!! Bake until chicken is no longer pink 30-40 minutes!!! YUM-O!!!





Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta!!!!
