Chicken Lazone
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter, divided
1/2 cup heavy cream
Combine the seasonings and coat chicken breasts.
In large saute pan melt half of the butter and cook chicken over medium heat for about 7 to 8 minutes, turning once.
Pour the cream into the skillet and lower the heat.
Simmer for several minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens then add the remaining butter.
When butter is melted place chicken breasts on four plates and top with the sauce.
You can add cayenne to the seasoning mix to increase the heat level if you'd like. Very rich, very tasty and everyone seems to like it. I'd serve it with rice and maybe some roasted asparagus spears. They're in season right now and fairly cheap. Just drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and roast or broil until crisp tender.

This is an old Campbell's recipe. Super easy and quite tasty.
Super Easy General Tso's Chicken
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
6 tablespoons hot sauce (tobasco)
1 cup white sugar
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 teaspoons ginger
2 tablespoons cornstarch, in 4 tbs water to thicken
1 (16 ounce) package of frozen Chinese vegetables, cooked to package directions
4 cups cooked white rice
Mix the soy sauce, water, hot sauce, sugar, boullion, and ginger in a saucepan and heat until boiling. Cut the heat down and simmer while you prepare the chicken.
Take your chicken and cut into bite-size cubes. Now, at this point you can either use a boxed batter mix to add a coating on it (and deep-fry according to the box mix), or you can just stir-fry your plain chicken in a little oil until thoroughly cooked.
Going back to your sauce, use the cornstarch in water to thicken it. Then add your cooked chicken. If you battered your chicken, it's ready to eat. If you stir-fried plain chicken, use this time to simmer it awhile and prepare your veggies and rice.
Serve this chicken over the veggies and rice.
Found this recipe on the 'Zaar a while back and it's very close to the more time consuming 'traditional' recipe that requires specialty ingredients. Much simpler with very good results.
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Part 1
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon msg
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Part 2
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Part 3
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon ginger paste or fresh, minced ginger
1 tablespoon olive oil
Over medium heat bring Part 1 ingredients to a boil.
Mix Part 2 ingredients and add to boiling mixture.
Cook until bubbly and thick.
Remove from stove and add Part 3 ingredients.
Serve warm.
This is a very good version of Sweet and Sour. Very easy. Just cut up your chicken and veggies, stir fry and use this as the sauce. It's not nearly as time consuming as it looks and comes together in five minutes, if that long.

I like to cook them in the oven with bbq sauce. Also I cook them on the stove in olive oil, and season them with garlic and onion seasonings. You could put them in a crock pot with a jar of salsa and a jar of water, and cook on low heat for 8 hours, the chicken will be really tender and you can make chicken quesadillas. Yummy. You can also cook them in the crock pot with bbq sauce and get some good rolls and make a sandwich with it.
Gently poach them and then shred and add to a curry sauce.
brush a few drops of olive oil on them, sprinkle with garlic powder, onion salt, italian seasoning and bake at 400 degrees for about 45-60 min, if u like it a bit spicieer u can also sprinkle a little white pepper on them

A couple cans of spinach, drain and place in bottom of baking dish, lie breasts on the spinach. Pour approx. 1/2 qt. ( 2 pints) into the baking dish. Take grated Parmesan Cheese and cover the casserole with it. Place in oven, cook close to an hour. It is so good, even people who are not spinach fans like it. Could lie a sheet of foil on it but take it off at least 1/2 way through, want the cheese to get crusty and brownish
Hmm your easiest bet is to try a few marinades. you can find chicken marinades at any grocery store. Marinades like Lemon and Basil, Teriyaki Honey or many others can be found at any store. Poke a few holes in the chicken and ziplock them, then leave them in the refridgerator for a night. Cook then later under medium hear for about 5-7 min on each side or however it long it takes for them to brown.
If you need something fast and cheap, Ms. Dash seasoning also goes well with chicken, can try that... just season both sides and cook and it comes out well.
just add some seasoning to it or some barbcue sauce and there you go fijitta with chicken
