Please help quick! I need a simple chicken gravy recipe for baked chicken!?

I'm baking chicken breasts w/ a saltine cracker crust. I plan on serving it over egg noodles and a side of either corn or peas. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Please help quick! I need a simple chicken gravy recipe for baked chicken!?
Chicken Gravy

INGREDIENTS

2 cups chicken stock

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

DIRECTIONS

Bring chicken stock to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and add to chicken stock. Season to taste with poultry seasoning and cook until thickened. Serve! Please help quick! I need a simple chicken gravy recipe for baked chicken!?
I usually thicken a 16 oz can of chicken stock with some cornstarch to make a quick %26amp; easy gravy. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the stock. Heat the remaining stock to just before boiling and add a heaping tablespoon of cornstarch that has been mixed with the reserved stock. Cook until it is thickened.
When you take the chicken out of the pan, drop in about 4 T of flour and stir it around. If it turns to flour balls, add a few T of butter. Cook that pasty mess for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add in about a cup and a half of hot water cut with a bullion cube. Stir or whisk while you pour. If its too thin, just let it simmer for a while. If its too thick, add more water.
