I'm Hungry! What's a quick and easy chicken recipe (pot or oven)?

I plan on buying chicken drumsticks.. want to cook in a pot or oven (whichever one cooks fast). I'm cooking my rice separate. Can anyone help me out? Also what temperature and for how long? ThanksI'm Hungry! What's a quick and easy chicken recipe (pot or oven)?
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained


2 tbsp. chopped green pepper


2 tbsp. butter


1 can (2 c.) chicken gravy


1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese


1 c. diced cooked chicken


2 c. cooked spaghetti


1/4 c. chopped tomato





In saucepan, brown mushrooms and cook green pepper in butter until tender.


Stir in gravy and cheese; heat until cheese melts. Add chicken, spaghetti, and tomato.

SESAME CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS





1/3 c. teriyaki sauce


1-1/2 tbsp. dry sherry


1-1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds


1-1/4 lbs. chicken drumettes (about 12)


1-1/2 tbsp. barbecue sauce


1-1/2 tbsp. honey


1/4 tsp. sesame oil





In a large resealable plastic bag, combine teriyaki sauce, sherry, and sesame seeds. Add chicken drumettes, turning to coat. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 day. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Using tongs, transfer drumettes to cookie sheet. Discard marinade. Bake until drumettes are golden brown, about 15 minutes. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Brush drumettes with half of sauce mixture and bake for 5 more minutes. Using clean tongs, turn drumettes over, brush other side with sauce mixture, and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Melt the butter in a medium frying pan either on the stove or on the grill.


Fry the chicken until tender. Chop up the green peppers, onions, and tomatoes and add the oregano and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon of each).


Pour this over the chicken and cook about 20-30 minutes until marinated in the sauce it makes.


Top with the cheese and let it brown. Umm umm good!





*********HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS/ LEGS


1/2 cup liquid honey


1/4 cup lemon juice


1/4 cup water


3 tbsp ketchup


1 1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/2 tsp garlic salt


1 tsp ground ginger





Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Heat to boiling and simmer for 5 minutes.


Place Chicken wings/ legs separated into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken legs. Marinate for 2 hrs.


Bake at 400 F for 1 hour, turning once.


If you want to grill these. Following the above instructions except bake at 350 for 30 minutes and the place on hot grill for 10 minutes. Works great for us. Hope you having a wonderful day.

slice up the chicken and pop into skillet with onions, garlic, and a few other vegetables of your choosing. Add some teriyaki sauce if you have any. Cook on med-hot temp, until well cooked/browned. If you like a little burnt, then do so to ensure the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Next, prepare any kind of noodle or rice. Then serve and enjoy!
you could try tanndoir chicken. heres how you make it-


1.get the drum sticks and also buy tandori chiken mix.[i use Shan brand]


2.must the mix on arroding to the directions and leave it in the refreezaraytor for about 12 hours


3.then in the moring you can take out the chicken and spary the cookie sheet with pan and place the chickens in the oven for 40 mintues. also when in the ove turn it a 180 degres every 20 mins.
