Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

8 to 10 chicken wings, tips removed, cut into two pieces. Rinse and pat dry.

1 cup non-fat milk

1 package Dixie Fry, with 1 tablespoon chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon cumin mixed in.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Dip wings in milk, then shake in Dixie Fry mixture.

Place in baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour.

Serve with light blue cheese dressing, carrot and celery sticks.
I dice chicken, fry it in a teeny bit of olive oil, drain the fat and then cover with salsa and simmer for 10 minutes or so. Super easy and delicious with a side of yellow rice, but I'm sure potatoes would be good too.
I love oven baked chicken.

Wash your chicken up, then make a flour ect coating,

I melt butter in a baking dish, then put the chicken meat side down bake it at aroubn 375 for 1/2 hour then tunr over and bake another 1/2 hour. tatse oh so yummi and also like you fried it!!!
