Quick and easy is my way of cooking, lol, whenever I buy tenderloins I just throw them on the grill and cut small slices into them ..then dump BBQ sauce on them (then it seeps into the holes you sliced making it super good) sprinkle some pepper and salt on them and voila - super good supper :-)
CHICKEN TENDERLOINS WITH ORANGE RICE

1 lb. white meat from chicken breast

2 tbsp. oil

2 tbsp. butter

1/2 c. celery, diced

1 c. mandarin oranges, drained

2 c. cooked rice

1/4 c. sliced almonds

Salt to taste

In large skillet, saute chicken in 2 tablespoons oil. Remove and set aside. In same skillet, melt butter and saute celery. Stir in orange slices, chicken, rice, almonds and salt. Heat thoroughly.
Marinate tenderloins in Italian dressing overnight. Drain and saute with 1/2 cup red bell pepper, 1/2 cup diced yellow onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup diced carrots, 1/2 cup bean sprouts, 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and add 1/2 tsp ginger. Add 3 T Teriyaki sauce or your favorite sauce, and serve with rice.
One of my favorites, and it's fast too, are chicken tenders in gravy. Just place the number of desired chicken tenders in a baking dish. Open a jar of chicken gravy (my favorite) or cream of chicken soup and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

I love eating this with green beans and rice pilaf or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
