Chicken recipes?

im not the best cook at all but i need a easy and quick recipe for chicken with as little ingredints as possible, something hot and spicy, perhaps with chilli, i need this for tonight and im really stuck any ideas are appreciatedChicken recipes?

Hot %26amp; Spicy Chicken





Ingredients:





4 tablespoon Oil


1 Scallion


2 Hot peppers -- or more


1 tablespoon Shredded Ginger


1 tablespoon Sherry


2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce


2 pound Fryer


1/2 cup Chicken broth


2 tablespoon Wine vinegar


1 tablespoon Sugar


1/2 teaspoon Salt


1 teaspoon Anise pepper -- or 2


1 tablespoon Cornstarch (corn flour)





Directions:





1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinate 15-20 minutes in ginger, sherry, soy sauce mixture.


2. Cut scallion and hot peppers diagonally into 1-inch pieces.


3. Grind anise pepper to powder. Mix chicken broth, soy sauce, wine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.


4. Heat oil. Add scallion, and stir fry several seconds.


5. Add ginger, sherry, soy mixture and chicken to scallions and hot pepper, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes more.


6. Add chicken broth mixture, mix well. Cook over low heat until chicken pieces are tender. Add cornstarch to thickenChicken recipes?

1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon pepper


4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


1 can (15 oz) Progresso庐 black beans, drained, rinsed


1 can (11 oz) Green Giant庐 Mexicorn庐 whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, undrained


1/3 cup Old El Paso庐 Thick 'n Chunky salsa


2 cups hot cooked rice








1. Mix chili powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170掳F).


2. Stir in beans, corn and salsa. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are hot. Serve with rice.

OVEN FRIED CHICKEN


1 chicken cut up


5 TAB# butter


1/4 c flour


2 t dry mustard


1 t paprika


salt %26amp; pepper


melt 3 tablespoon butter -mix the spices in the flour in a paper bag -shake the chicken pices one at a time lay the floured chicken in pan tah has beed doted doted with butter 350* 1/2 hour each side turn untill chicken is brown





BAKED CHICKEN IN CREAM


2 chicken cut up


milk


salt %26amp; pepper


flour


4-6 TAB# shortening


1/2 pd mushrooms


1/2 pd butter


2 c light cream


put the chicken in a bowl with enough milk to cover -let stand 1/2 hour -drain and rub with salt %26amp; pepper and dredge in flour -


heat a heavy skillet cast iron -fry chicken


brown both sides-


drain on paper towel-saute the mushrooms in butter -pour in the cream -let boil-place chicken in shallow 2 1/2 quarts casserole dish pour sauce add mushrooms bake 350* 40 minutes





easy baked chicken 1 CUT UO CHICKEN salt %26amp; pepper


1/2 t thyme


1/2 t marjoram


2/3 c butter


rub the chicken in butter %26amp; spices get foil wrap the seasoned chicken in the foil bake 3508 1/2 HOUR -OPEN THE FOIL MAKE SURE CLEAR JUICES

Tennesse Chicken'n Dressing Casserole





1 whole chicken or 4 chicken breasts


1 can crm of chicken soup


3/4 cup milk


1 8oz bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing


1 cup chicken broth


1 stick butter





Boil chicken or chicken breasts--save 1 cup broth. Remove from bones and chop.





Mix soup and milk in bottom of casserole dish. Add chicken.


Melt butter in broth in small saucepan. Ad dressing and mix well. Spoon dressing over chicken and soup mixture. Het over 350 and bake about 20-30 minutes until bubbles around edges and lightly browned.
