Help with chicken wing recipe?

since i dont really know how to cook wings, all i do is put them in the oven then put sauce on it, i was wondering anyone got any simple recipe for me, like can i put oil with the wings on pan in the oven?Help with chicken wing recipe?
If you're going to put them into the oven, it's best not to put oil. It just doesn't need it. If you bake them at a high temperature, like 450 degrees, then they'll come out crispy, and you can put your hot sauce on them when they come out. TIP: Make sure you space them apart on the baking sheet, or they'll steam eachother and come out soggy rather than crisp.





If you fry, then wings are the easiest chicken part. Since they're small, once they're brown, they are generally cooked all the way through. Keep your oil at about 350-360 degrees.Help with chicken wing recipe?

3 lbs chicken wings


1(2ounce)bottle Tabasco sauce(or your preferred bottled hot sauce)


1/2 cup butter or margarine


2 teaspoons barbecue sauce


cooking oil(for deep frying)








cut wings into pieces discarding tips.





wash and pat dry with paper towels.





pre-heat cooking oil to 350 degrees.





Slowly add 1/2 of the wing pieces to hot oil.





fry until golden brown.





In the meantime, in a large pan, melt the butter on a very low heat.





Add bottled hot sauce and BBQ sauce.





Keep sauce warm.





Add the cooked wings to the sauce.





Stir to coat.
