Good chicken sandwich recipes, s'il vous plait?

Does anyone know some good chicken sandwich recipes? i'm going to an outdoor theater with my boyfriend tomorrow night, and i'd like to make some food to take. i figure sandwiches are a good choice, but i just need some tasty recipes! any help would be much appreciated. My favorite chicken salad sandwich consists of chopped cooked meat, small-cubed mango and chopped salted cashews in a mixture of mayo and light curry powder. It tastes great on a toasted bun, or even rolled in a pita!Good chicken sandwich recipes, s'il vous plait?
Arizona Chicken Sandwiches Recipe





4 bonelesschicken breasts


1 envelope fajita seasoning mix


1 cup chunky salsa


1/4 cup water


4 large hamburger buns


4 slices Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese


red onion, sliced


avocado, sliced


extra salsa

















Directions:





Combine fajita seasoning, the 1 cup salsa and water. Pour into a large zip-type bag, then add the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.





Heat grill for medium coals. Remove chicken from bag and reserve marinade. Grill chicken, basting with reserved marinade, for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.





Place on buns and top with cheese, onion, avocado and extra salsa.
Cook by boiling some chicken pieces with bone better as meat is more tender i find, remove from bone with fork so it shreds rather than cut in slice pieces, mix in some mayo with chopped pineapple mix all so it becomes almost a non chunky spread, place in buttered bread centre and spread outward so not to thick around edge (save it dropping out and making a mess on your lap), now i feel hungry try it and enjoy hope u like
